Services Refund Policy

If a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service, 100% of payment will be refunded.

If you do not appear or make yourself known to the driver of a scheduled ride service within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, your order will be considered a “No Show.”

Taxi “No Show” orders will be charged a $5 fee and the remainder of the prepaid balance will be refunded to you.

Black Car orders that are deemed a “No Show” will be considered as service delivered with no refund.

Gift Card Refund Policy

If, within seven days of purchase/funding, you decide to cancel your gift card purchase/funding, the remaining balance of that purchase will be refunded. All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
